Most items sold by Rocking M4 Enterprises are with standard manufacturer warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact us.

Online orders can be placed using credit cards: Amex card, Master card, Visa card, and Discover. You can also send us a cachiers check or money order, cash order by mailing address:

Out of Stock Items

If an item is shown as "Out of Stock", it is currently unavailable but we are usually ordering more. Please visit the site periodically to see if an item is back in stock. You may contact us for updates.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate when an item will be back in stock. In some cases, we may run out of an item while processing your purchase and this may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested.

Pricing Errors

While we try to make sure that all prices listed are accurate at all times, we cannot be responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the site. If the listed price for a product is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data transmission), Rocking M4 Enterprises is only responsible for the correct price, which we will provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product Descriptions

Rocking M4 Enterprises attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Rocking M4 Enterprises does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Rocking M4 Enterprises Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Rocking M4 Enterprises itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

The only time you are required to sign on our site is when you are making a purchase. On the Checkout page, you will be asked to access your existing account or create a new one. We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with Rocking M4 Enterprises, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We strive to protect your privacy. We would never release your personal information to a 3rd party.

Coupon Policy

1. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Rocking M4 Enterprises reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
2. If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Shopping Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
3. The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer on the product detail page.
4. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying items.
5. Only one coupon can be used per order and the coupon cannot be combined with other discount offers.
6. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
7. Some coupons require a minimum order amount. Check the coupon offer on the product detail page. All requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.
8. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
